To Yalines, Real Estate means more than making a deal. As a philanthropist, Yalines' background started with non-profit organizations and working with the homeless community. In her early career, she worked as a Director's Assistant for many years at shelters for battered women and their children. She pursued this path because as a child she experienced homelessness and she wanted to show others that you can overcome anything with perseverance. As a result, helping her clients find a "HOME" is a dream she is honored to be a part of and holds dear to her heart. She then transitioned over to Tax Preparation/Bookkeeping and specialized in FIRPTA (Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act) where she helped Non-U.S. clients with a tax that's required to be collected at closing when selling U.S. property.
