When I say I knew NOTHING about real estate, I really mean it. But Yolie literally held my hand every step of the way...meticulously reviewed all the documents and fine prints, taught me how to keep an eye out for things in homes I would never have noticed, and was extremely patient in explaining all the terminology. Needless to say, I am so proud and excited of the home we bought. She is an excellent communicator, and was always a text or call away. Even now, 3 months after we closed escrow, I still call her for help on issues related to my property (even though it's not her responsibility) and she's there, fighting for me. She is definitely someone you want in your corner, and can get things done, period. Yolie is also a sweetheart and fun, which made the experience all the more pleasant! :)
