Yong (david) Kim

I recently had the displeasure of working with David Kim on a Philadelphia property. For someone who has been in the business for over 17 years, he was awfully unresponsive as a listing agent. My buying agent would contact him via email and phone and Mr. Kim would go days without providing updates as promised. As a result of his uncooperativeness, I was forced to ask my buying agent to withdraw the offer. This has been a nightmare of an experience as a first-time home buyer.

Me. Kim is extremely unprofessional, I Unresponsive, and inconsiderate. When dealing in Real Estate you are involved in something that is a huge event in a persons life and the lives or their family! Finding a place to call home. After waiting days for a response knowing I was the first Applicant in a rental property that my family fell in love with, being completely ignorant to every communication my Realtor sent, finally 5 days later simply responded the property was no longer available! My agent asked the deciding factor as to why he did not consider my offer and his only response was that he had 5 offers. Do not work with this Realtor.
