Young is absolutely the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. His low pressure, confident approach made me feel at ease when discussing everything about our house. He made great suggestions about what we can do to maximize the value of our home. His knowledge of the local market, enabled us to get top dollar for our house. When we were finally ready to list our home, Young put together a marketing plan including professional pictures, videos and 360 tours and online strategies. He suggested the best time to list, when to have an open house, and staging. We took his advice and were able to sell our house for within a week of listing at the price we wanted. I cannot emphasize enough how important Young was in our selling and moving process. Whenever we had a question, concern or fear about the process, Young was always available to answer our questions, ease our concerns and calm our fears. Specifically, our buyer wanted to close within 3-1/2 weeks from the contract. We knew we wanted to rent a townhome, but were unsure how we could find one, pack everything and make the move within the 3-1/2 weeks. Young was able to find us a great place and made suggestions on what needed to be done. We were able to make it happen seamlessly and closed on the originally requested date. He takes a very consultative approach with his clients, and at no point did we ever feel pressured to buy any home immediately under his guidance. Given that my husband and I are first-time homeowners, Young was very patient with us throughout our home search process.
