- Yun showed me homes
Well - our budget was 160-170k and Yun (Susan) Cui was late for each house showing and did not submit offer when she was supposed to, even despite my attempts to contact her. Partially because of her we have lost really unique house which we regret even one month later. I would not recommended this agent if you want to buy a house quickly.

- Yun and I connected, but did no business
I was the buyer of a property that Yun Cui was the listing agent to. I had to terminate my contract, which I did before defaulting on the contract. Yun Cui tried to steal half of my earnest money. She’s is hostile, unprofessional, and should really consider changing professions. I would not recommend to try and buy any of her properties she is representing as seller’s agent. She makes the process unnecessarily difficult.
