I really appreciated Yvette's ability to analyze and observe the behaviors and questions of the buyer so that we knew how best to proceed. She was spot on with negotiating price and repairs! I also appreciated her responsiveness via all mediums, and her tenacity at learning our market and following the buying trends in our area. She treated us as if we were her only client (which I know wasn't the case!) I also appreciated her honesty about pricing our home, yet her sensitivity to our needs and expectations. She also helped us buy our first home, and our experience was identical 9 years ago...Both wonderful!

Yvette made our first experience of selling a home a pleasant one. She went out of her way to make our experience less stressful. Our buyers did not have a very experienced realtor, and this increased the amount of work for Yvette, to include making sure the buyers got certain documents that their realtor was unable to deliver, she took it upon herself to make sure both parties were on track and that we closed on time. This was helpful to us and the buyers since they were a military couple returning from an overseas assignment, and needed a house quickly. I highly recommend Yvette.
