Yvonne assisted me and my husband to buy our first home in 2017. She went out with us to view the homes when it was convenient for us. She explained the process and shared her expertise and knowledge of home values, home restoration process, and first time home buyers programs so we can make an informed decision with every offer. Yvonne assisted us to read and explain all paperwork with patience and honesty. She was able to send all paperwork and have us sign electronically which helped us be efficient and fast because often when an offer was being made my husband was at work so he can sign on his phone. We were very happy with Yvonne throughout the whole process and would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor.
