Zach Harris always answers his phone. He represents both buyers and sellers well. He is knowledgeable of the process steps of completing a real estate transaction from start to finish. He is also very good at negotiations. He was able to secure a good contractual sale price for me, and was able to negotiate and secure repairs on all the items on my "repairs contingency." Zach is easy to talk to because he is a good "listener." I am very happy with the service he provided me, and I believe you will be too. Finally, I must add that when he presented me the keys to my new investment property, at the close of escrow, he surprised me with a Home Depot gift card. Mr. Harris was a professional from the very beginning. Having recently received military orders to the area my wife and I began looking at homes on Zillow. Once we found a home that we were interested in we requested contact from multiple agents. Zach was the first agent to contact us and had already taken an initial look at the property.
