We loved working with Zach! He was able to quickly help us find a really great property in the neighborhood that we wanted to be in during the height of the real estate boom in 2021. Not only did he take the time to search for properties that he thought that we might like but he was also very open to our changing circumstances and quick timeline.

Zach was tremendously helpful and patient with me in the search for housing. We looked at numerous homes, apartments, and condominiums for nearly 6 months. I was extremely picky, due to a gardening hobby and numerous other requirements. Throughout, Zach was proactive in suggesting suitable listings and scheduling appointments, and was always promptly available for viewings in order to not let opportunities pass.At all times, Zach was able to provide clear answers about the purchase process, inspections, and document review, and promptly sought any information not provided by the seller's agent. In addition, he clearly has a great deal of knowledge about construction and renovation, in addition to great ideas for interior design, which was extremely helpful in looking at "fixer-upper" housing.Zach also honestly and thoughtfully provided perspective about the current difficulties for buyers in Pittsburgh's residential real estate market, and helped me manage my expectations concerning offers. With his help, while many other buyers during this time have had enormous difficulty getting sellers to accept their offers, we succeeded on the second try and at a price that I am quite happy with. During the closing process, which had to be fairly quick for the sellers, and post-inspection negotiations, Zach was again provided knowledgeable counsel and advice when asked, and clearly explained the process. During the occasional lulls in activity during closing, we were still in communication, which helped set my mind at ease. I couldn't be happier with his services.

Everything about our experience with Zach was great. Moving from out of state was difficult but wouldve been impossible without Zach. He helped guide our search and was on top of listings as they came available. He was especially knowledgeable about the process and what wed need to do to win in a very difficult market.

This was my first experience buying a rental property, and Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was incredibly fast and thorough, and I never felt like there was a question that was too silly or embarrassing to ask. From start to finish, working with Zach was a seamless and stress-free experience!
