I needed to sell my house which was in the middle of nowhere and not on the market at the time. Zachary knew that I wanted to sell the house. He called to inform me that he had a potential and forty-five days later the house was sold. When we decided to buy a place I checked out Realtors and came across Zacks videos. As a salesman myself, I was impressed with his credentials and how he sold his services. He did not disappoint! He returned calls promptly, arrived on time, if he didnt have an answer to our questions, he got back to us quickly. Being a Canadian and selling our first ever property in USA we were directed to Zach and the Pelican team because of his knowledge of Canadians selling homes in the US. Zach took care of everything, he recommended two companies, the first an excellent Law Firm to take care of the legal aspects of the sale and the other to deal with FIRPTA (Taxes owning to the US Government). Zach and the Pelican team have an excellent web site which I still enjoy viewing. With every home listed in the site there's always a very informative description of the property including videos and photos.Each time I received an e mail rom Zachary Starch the Footer said;"Check out my latest video on PelicanTeam.TV"This has become my go to site, not only are the videos very informative about the properties for sale but also the community where they are located. Obviously Zach likes to enjoy each property he lists as he's seen relaxing in each of them as his video sign off signature. Zach helped us buy a home in Fort Myers remotely. We visited one weekend just to scope out the area and then continued to view homes through FaceTime. He was willing to drive all over the place, within reason, since we hadn't dialed in a specific location (from Naples up to North Port).

Zach made a cross-country relocation as easy as it could be! Due to COVID our transaction was 99% remote, and he was our on the ground man, handling everything for us.He was very quick to respond, same day turn around on showings, and providing meaningful feedback to help us with our transition to SWFL. His insight was paramount.He was stellar at our inspection as well, particularly since we could not be physically present for most proceedings. Zach was showing a friend some condos in a gated community in Fort Myers and we were tagging along. Surprisingly, we decided that day to make an offer on one we liked so Zach had to pull everything together very quickly and got an acceptance the following day. We dont live in the area so he was our eyes and ears there and did a miraculous job in working with the sellers broker in resolving numerous issues. He even found something I missed on the closing statement. He was diligent and responsive and I would highly recommend him.

Wow, Zach is amazing. He went over and above for us as we searched for our home over the holiday season. He showed us houses on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. We kept switching between Cape Coral and Fort Myers and he was patient and encouraging with us. We finally chose one and he submitted our offer on New Year's day. He helped us get the winning bid by $1000 by encouraging us to go over our budget by that amount. He knows this market and we would still be searching in this tough buyer's market if it weren't for him.
