Zak Fellows

Zak and Jill were a pleasure to work with, they were quick to respond to all my questions even the ones I could have googled :) and they always had the answers to the difficult questions. I work out of state and when I was worried that I wouldnt be in town on closing day they sent a traveling notary to meet me at my hotel. We signed papers in 19 days and I moved in on day 21, talk about amazing!! Thanks Zak and Jill for all your hard work, what a team!!

Fantastic! They both have been very professional and helpful during the sell and buy process. They were always willing to answer questions and explain things to help us understand better.

My husband and I have purchased many homes over the past 30 years. Of all the agents we have worked with, Jillian and Zak are by far the most knowledgeable in their field. Their ability to negotiate a fantastic deal on our behalf was amazing. They were able to get us into a home at a price far lower than we were expecting. They kept us up to date on literally every change that took place during the process. She made herself available to us quite literally 24/7. I was so satisfied with our home-buying process, with Jillian's and Zak's assistance. I give them a 5-star rating. If you want a home-buying experience with little stress and a happy ending, your best bet would be to give Zak and Jillian Fellows a call.
