Zohar is one of the best brokers we have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable about the market and gives excellent advise. As an example, we had an offer on our house. We were nervous and wanted to take the deal, however, Zohar advised that that the offer was too low. Zohar asked that we wait as he was confident that he could get a more fair offer. Within two days, he was right, and we sold our house to a wonderful family soon thereafter. We have never had a broker advise us not to take an offer. This shows that Zohar really has his clients best interest in mind, and wants to do the very best for his clients. Zohar was also available at all hours for us. He is an excellent and aggressive marketer. He is extremely patient, and was willing to take extra time to make sure we were comfortable with every decision. He is extremely responsive to all questions and concerns. Zohar and his team are true professionals.

First of all, I am a very picky person and I am a lawyer. I do not usually waste my time to write this kind of review, but I really want to do this at this time. Zack and his team completely made me satisfied for the entire process of selling my home. My house was not being sold for 100 days with other Realtor who has more than 20 years of experience, during the peak season from May to August. Then I switched Realtor to Zack, and he brought me 2 offers very close to the listing price within 2 weeks. He is very honest with high work ethics and he is very hard working professional. Whenever I ask him something, I get the answers right away no matter what time it is. Whenever I raise issues, he solves it right away. I live out of state, but I was able to sell my home without making any trip to New Jersey after I chose him. He took care of everything I need even if some of things are out of his work scope. I highly recommend him to anyone and that is why I am writing this review. You will be pleased to work with him.
