Aaron was very polite and professional. Whenever I had questions about the whole "buying process" he was able to answer it, and set my mind at ease. When contacted he always got back to me immediately.

Aaron was awesome to work with! Kept me up to date with new listings that I might be interested in, and was honest with me about what I would be able to afford and negotiate with when putting offers in. Used various communication styles (texts, emails, and phone calls) based on my schedule and availability, which I so appreciated. Helped me to find an amazing townhouse in a price range that I was comfortable with. And when we couldn't negotiate with the sellers to have them include the washer and dryer, Aaron found a new set for me at a great price. Would use him again in a heartbeat.

For these reason, we used Aaron to both purchase our house and sell our house when we moved out of state. We met with multiple other realtors and he was the only one that didn't sell us a dream and told us the realist process and value of the house. He was honest but tactful, transparent without being overwhelming and answered the hundreds (not an exaggeration) of texts and emails that were sent his way. He was straight forward, kind, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. Most importantly he helped these two difficult people find the perfect home. While I am quite sure that Aaron hopes that he never has to help anyone like us again, trust me when I say, if he can help us- he can help ANYONE.
