Professional photographer that provides an interactive 3D tour. Multiple page color flyers. The "House Book" is about 50 pages of information that is left for the potential buyers and agent to have all questions answered at their fingertips. The book includes walkability stats, local map of homes surroundings, top area attractions and of course all information about the home. Also, a unique feature that buyers really appreciate is the “Point of Interest” cards that tell every detail so nothing is missed. Buyer Presentation 1.) Initial contact is a personal phone call introducing myself. Also the verbal initial flow of "next steps" to expect followed up with supported emails so clients hear it and get the process in writing. 2.) A questionnaire is emailed, which seeks detailed buying goals, wants and needs. 3.) I contact the Loan officer/broker for an introduction. Understand the program buyer qualifications are. 4.) Personal in-office meeting. Discuss home criteria, goals, map out the home search, instruct services available on MLS, Multiple Listing Service search. Review Representation documents, inspection, radon, sewer, chimney, buyers flowchart and process. 5.) Schedule date for previewing homes. 6.) I review seller disclosures, truth and housing reports and area stats.
