Our house sat on the market for some time and before Adam reached out we had taken it off. Its a lot of work to get your house listed and ready for sale so we felt very disappointed and honestly lost faith in its value. Adam and I met in a local coffee shop to discuss the local market conditions and the Prather team approach and how he could back it up with data. At the time I think it there average sale to list price ratio was greater than 100% with less than 6 days on the market and more than 700 families served since 2019. After our meeting he visited our house and patently re-explained our discussion with my wife. He is very genuine, knowledgeable and confident and re-inspired us. I worked with Adam and Jeni who were always available, responsive and made sure I had what I needed to get listed in one week and viewings in two. The listing description and photographs were so good! He was really aware of our schedule and scheduling viewings. It was sold in less than 30 days with three offers. After many months of having our house on the market and no sale, we hired Adam. Even though it was two weeks before Christmas Adam got right on it and within 10 days we got two full price offers on Christmas Eve.
