I found him to be phoney and insincere. He smiled in my face and gave me good feedback then as soon as he left I see he left a comment slandering my name. Out right lying about a promise I NEVER made. No one likes a Liar Mr. Ambros! I am not responsible for the damage you did because you don't know how to drive. I didn't design the the layout of the property's decor so how dare you try to hold me or my co worker accountable. Neither of us made any promise to follow up with you. For what? You hit your rental and the GM has more important things to do so follow up to tell you they won't be doing anything about the cement block u hit driving thru the parking lot?? Would you follow up to tell someone hey they know but nothing is being done because it meets the standard. I am very good at my job and if I say I'm going to do something then I do it. I never told you I'd follow up with you. But you DID SAY YOU ENJOYED YOUR STAY AND YOU WERE GOING TO WRITE A GREAT REVIEW!! Then you did the exact opposite and that shows your integrity. And if you think it's okay to go and lie about me on my work website I should return the courtesy by speaking the TRUTH on a website where your place of business is advertised. For all to see. By posting this I am stopping to your level which is beneath me but sometimes people need to be served a slice of humble pie. Especially an old man like you who has forgotten the golden rule to treat others how you want to be treated. No stars for you Mr. Ambros if this is how you conduct your personal life Id never want to do business with you.
