After having a terrible experience with another realtor Adrian assured us that he would step up and show my wife and I how it all should work with honesty, knowledge, and respect. His familiarity with the market value and other sales on similar homes he helped us find the perfect offer price. He also gave us great referrals on an attorney, what mortgage companies to work with and a great home inspector. He walked us through every process and was available all the time when we had a serious or silly question. I had always heard of painful home buying stories but with Adrian it was a painless and smooth process from sitting down and determining what we were looking for to the closing table. He always has a smile on his face and it is incredibly easy to talk to and that made us feel like we had known him for years! I'm not sure I know where to begin. When you know some for close to 25 years there's a comfort level and familiarity that borders family. So I am a bit biased with Mr. Price. I knew him before he was the shoreline's "mega super-agent" that he is today. And I could always see it in him. I knew he's been pretty successful the last 10 years since he went full time. But the natural progression of our lives caused us to drift apart slightly. Then this house came calling me, my ideal home that I was in love with and couldn't stop thinking about living there. It seemed hopeless for me to get a loan and get into that home and just when I was ready to give up Adrian entered my life again and guided me through this scary process with his natural ability, intelligence, thoroughness and ease that made me feel like..."This is it"? What was I afraid of the commitment for?!!! He surrounded me with a great team of people to help continue the ease of the whole process and allowed our dream to come true.
