Adriana was referred to me from a neighbor friend and I am so happy she did. Where do I even begin on how amazing it was to work with her. Her responsiveness to my text messages to the time frame of us looking at houses was spot on. I asked her in the beginning "why do we really need a realtor", after just a few short weeks of working with each other, I now know WHY YOU NEED a realtor, even more so WHY YOU NEED Adriana. She listens to what you want and caught on really fast of what our style was and what was important to us. Not only did she assist with all the behind the scenes stuff such as scheduling the inspector, making recommendations on who can help us with house issues and even after almost 2wks after closing she is still available for us to ask questions. When working with her, honestly you feel as if you are working with a friend who has your best interest at hand. I don't know if we could have had a better experience and even if that was possible, Adriana has set the bar on what I expect when working with a realtor. I recently contacted Adriana about something (not realty related) but was looking for a landscape service for our home and after 5 months she is still available. Love her commitment.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Adriana for the past few years, and to say she is an incredible person would be an understatement. Her eagerness to ensure her clients are satisfied is unparalleled, and her selflessness to her family and friends is remarkable. When I moved to North Carolina I had considered pursuing my Real Estate license; I had worked in Real Estate back in New York for a few years. Adriana opened herself up as though we had been friends forever, her knowledge in regard to Real Estate was made evident. I have referred her to my friends and family, who have decided to move to North Carolina. Each and every one of them have all said the same thing: that girl knows her stuff.
