Aileen is incredible; we were really fortunate to have her working on our side. We were moving to Tampa from out of state and picked Aileen because she was one of the few exclusive buyer brokers in the area. She made it possible for us to see nearly 50 properties over two, weekend, house-hunting trips. Being new to the area we were quite indecisive about the right neighborhood and even the type of development. Aileen provided great advice on the properties and worked with us to pick the property that was the best for us. She helped us negotiate a great purchase price and stayed on top of the sellers completing the necessary repairs our bank required. As we prepared for closing, she made sure we had all info needed to get utilities lined up, homestead exemption filed and service providers selected. Definitely recommend and definitely would hire again! As 1st time home buyers, my husband and I were clueless. Aileen was the perfect person to help walk us through the process, from start to finish. First, she helped us find and evaluate homes-asking questions to get us defining what we were looking for. Next, she facilitated the offer process and made sure that we did all of the right steps to make sure the deal went through. Aileen was always available by email, text, or phone. While waiting for the closing, she continued to check in with us, schedule the inspections, give updates, and make suggestions of things we could check on (trash service, etc.). Finally, Aileen held our hand all the way through the closing and offered to be available if we needed anything in the future. She is truly a professional and is very knowledgeable about the process. She answered our questions (we had a lot!) very patiently and we felt that she was genuinely interested in getting us a good home for a good price.

I highly recommend Aileen as your buyers broker. She really looks out for your interest and is not interested in a quick sale, which would benefit her but not you. She return calls promptly and is knowledgeable. If she doesn't know she will tell you and later will find the answer. She is also not afraid to speak up on your behalf. We were very happy with all services she provided and would use her services again.

We started working with Aileen while we were still living overseas. After our first visit to the FL gulf coast area just over a year ago, we knew we had the right buyer's agent. She kept us apprised of changing values and trends, helping us every step of the way until we closed. And that's not all ... she continues to help with her knowledge and experience of everything from setting up utilities to finding reputable contractors for painting and remodeling.
