Aimee Derylo

After earning my MBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business I spent years in consumer marketing and advertising. My experiences have built a strong foundation of buyer psychology, selling principles and working with so many wonderful people. My passion for Downers Grove area real estate is your benefit! I have extensive knowledge of the local real estate market including information on Districts 58 and 99 schools, Metra and Pace commuting services and local resources for services and social opportunities. I am trained as a Certified Staging Consultant, in managing Short Sales and Foreclosures, creating Broker Price Opinions and in negotiating deals as a Certified Negotiating Consultant. I'm also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors, and our local Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
