Terry and Aimee were the perfect agents! Their knowledge of every step in the process blew my wife and me away. They each carry unique skills which when combined were the perfect combination. Terry would explain all numbers/finance/procedures while Aimee was extremely organized and responsive in setting up appointments/meetings/inspections etc. Together they made a great team and a wonderful couple to work with! The experience my wife and I recently had in selling our home with Amy and Terry Peterson is almost indescribable. We are a military family stationed in New Jersey and were very apprehensive about trying to sell our home from far away. If I could give 10 stars I would have. Working with the Peterson's made the sale of our home a seamless and worry free process. We were moving out of state so that added stress was alleviated as they made the whole process pretty much turnkey. From our first meeting, they clearly outlined how they would work with us and what we could expect the proceeds from the sale to be. From that moment, the whole process when into motion, from them quickly getting photos and the house listed on MLS, to them arranging and meeting the different people we needed to get into the house to either do some work or inspections. We never had to be home which was perfect for us. The house also sold quickly which really had to do with the marketing they did and the timing of how they executed the whole sale from the beginning. My wife and I were discussing just the other day, that it is a shame that we could not use the Peterson's up here in our new home in Chicago as if we were in the Charleston area there would be no one else we would ever consider calling again in the future if we were buying or selling a property in the area.

If I could 6 stars, I would. We were lucky to have Terry as our agent. He was there every step of the way - knowledgeable about the area, prepared easy to understand videos explaining market value and pricing, thoroughly reviewed any and all documents that we had to sign, etc... The list goes on. My wife and I will be forever grateful to Terry for all that he did to sell our house and get us into a new one.

Not only can I call Terry and Aimee Friends, I can call them the best Realtors I have had in the last 30 years! They marketed and photographed my house so that I even wanted to buy it, I mean sell it, and that they did! Listed on Thursday, held open house on Saturday, wrote a contract on Monday! On top of that, Aimee helped me with garage sales, running to the Goodwill and anything else she could do to help a stressed out Seller who was not ready to move RIGHT AWAY since they sold it so fast! Terry and Aimee are the absolute best! We met Terry and Aimee by pure coincidence, a few months ago, as soon as they told us they were in real estate we knew they would help us buy our home. We were buying a home from 5 hours away, and knew it would take special people to deal with everything that goes with that. They went above and beyond in every way possible for us.
