She goes well beyond just listing your home, by providing excellent advise about all aspects of selling your home. She is very personable and professional in dealing with her clients. She and her staff are aggressive, action oriented, and will definitely sell your home in the shortest possible time

When we first met Aimee we were very impressed with her confidence that she and her co-workers would be able to sell our home. We are praying people and we both felt God had placed her in our path. Being a married couple who are in their sixties and not very tech savvy we felt a little uncomfortable about using the computer but with the help of Aimee and Denise Usher we were able to get through all the forms we needed to sign and send in a timely manner. As this process was a lot different than what we were use to (forms being signed in front of the real estate person and them dropping by) we were able to get out of our comfort zone and it all worked out. Thanks to Aimee and Company for all the hard work and putting our info out there for others to see what a beautiful place we have here in Castle Hayne.

In one word, Aimee was AWESOME. A go-getter and huge asset for women in the workplace. If and when we decide to sell our home in Boiling Spring Lakes we will call her first and highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Our house previously had been on the market and never sold. She got it sold and in the amount of time we needed it to sell by! She's very personable and treats us like more than just clients!!!

Aimee is an absolutely amazing realtor. Back in 2014 I went on Facebook and asked for anyone in the area that. Old help me find a house and land in the area. Of course I had a few people ask me to P rivate Message them but I wanted someone to reach out to me. Aimee asked me for my number and called me immediately. Aimee went above and beyond helping us find the perfect home. Due to our schedules we did a lot in the phone and computer but it didn't take her long to set an appointment to show us the house on Highsmith. I know you are not suppose to buy the first thing you see but when I walked through the door we made an offer. Aimee worked hard for us and we closed a couple of months later. Now fast forward two years. Due to life circumstances it was time for me to move on. I didn't hesitate, I called Aimee. I never batted an eye to figure who I wanted to sell my house. Again, Aimee and her team worked extremely hard. We had several showings and an offer in four days!!!! I love Aimee and her team. I wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!!! Way to go ladies!!!

You know that feeling when you go into a store needing something and you are divinely matched with a person who knows just what you need? Then you get home and what they told you was actually right? There's an immense sense of relief. That's how it is to work with Aimee & Company! I worked with Aimee to buy a beach condo. She was VERY knowledgeable about the geographic area we were working in. She was prompt in setting aside time to work with me and never pushy about her time. She didn't take me to places that were out of my budget (which I have had other realtors do). She didn't try to push me into the most expensive place we saw. She was incredibly tolerant with my insane schedule which constantly put Aimee in time crunches. She never once panicked or complained. She handled getting different workers over to the property for estimates and inspections. She made buying my beach condo enjoyable!! Her staff is equally as committed to excellence. I can't say enough about how competent and efficient they were with the mounds of paperwork that go along with buying real estate. This firm is fantastic!

Aimee is absolutely fantastic!!! We listed our house on Monday, were under contract on Saturday and went under contract on our new home on Sunday. In less than a week, she made all of this happen!!
