Subpar was not informed about our home being a short sale until last minute.We received more information from our lender than from her,Tom Shea was the best ,period! Would recommend him to everyone!Also we felt pushed at times and advice was not as forthcoming as we would have liked.Felt as though we were a trivial issue and not as important as others.
