Al'Lea handled the sale of my house masterfully. I left town before the scheduled closing date and while I was on the road to my new destination, the buyers agent said some of the items on the BINSR were not acceptable. I was gone and there was nothing I could do except throw money at the problem by way of credits to the buyer. Al'Lea recognized that the buyers agent was asking for inflated charges to fix the issues so she hired a handyman to get the job done at half the price. I'm sure she ended up spending a good part of her day at my empty house to allow the handyman in and check his work. She saved me quite a bit of money, not to mention the aggrevation and stress. It pays to hire an agent with 30 plus years experience and Al'Lea Zamora would be an excellent choice for anyone looking to buy or sell a home
