You can find cheaper - and their are many - but you want someone who will pick up the phone, answer your questions, take charge of the issues and then apprise you of how he is resolving them - WHILE HE IS RESOLVING THEM! Albert's team is absolutely wonderful. We primarily worked with Karina Rodriguez who was so kind, genuine, helpful, and punctual. She would meet our needs before we even knew we had them. This was our first time buying a home, and we had a lot of anxiety going into it, but they helped make it such an easy process. Karina was able to explain every step of the process in an understandable way (and there were a lot of things to explain since we were new to this!).
