I've known and worked with Roberto and Alex of the Sunset Team over the course of 17 years. I purchased my first condo from them and when I was ready to upgrade, I referred to their expertise to buy my first home. The experience was incomparable. Their knowledge of the market, savvy legal and negotiation skills not to mention their personal care and unparalleled taste level is something to embrace as both a buyer and seller. I am pleased to say that Alex got me an offer ABOVE asking and we closed in LESS than three weeks. This feat is even more impressive when you consider the fact that I was out of the country throughout the sale process.
