I was the Broker/Owner of Tropics Realty Group from 1997 to 2004 when came over to Keller Williams Realty Premier Properties. I also have my GRI designation. Before being a full-time Realtor, I was the Foreclosure/REO Manager for several financial institutions. Now I specialize in selling bank-owned foreclosures, loss-Mitigation work (pre-foreclosure sales) and BPOs. To date I've sold over $22 million in REOs and performed over 10,000 BPOs.
