Working with Alessa was an absolute pleasure. When she was not officially assisting us with particular questions while we asked her to guide us through the process of a home sale (as we were new to this), she was often on the phone listening to our gripes in regards to the purchase side of things. Whenever we encountered a small bump in the road, she was always the first to inform us and also discuss possible courses of correction. She's been around the block a time or two before, and it definitely shows.
