With a team of 5 we closed over 250 units in this development in one year's time, and we were then subsequently recognized by the Wall St Journal, and named the #1 team in RI for both units, and dollars of Real Estate sold in 2005 with over $80,000,000 in sales, and with a combined 487 closed transaction sides. We went on to win the following awards: #1 Team for NRT Board of realtors #1 Team for all of RI across all companies #2 Team for NRT in closed units across the USA #5 Coldwell Banker Team for closed units across the USA.
