To find a realtor who does not pressure their clients into a sale to make a quick dollar is hard to come by. You will not be pressured by Alex. He will assist you with the decision making, but ultimately leaves the decisions to you. I highly recommend Alex, not just for his trustworthyness as a professional, but to also have a good friendly relationship with his clients. He is prompt with following back with his clients as well. He listened to our needs and was able to show us homes within our budget. Our overall experience with Alex has been fantastic, and I feel comfortable giving him 5 stars knowing he will be able to assist you as well.

Right from the start Alex did everything he could to make sure we not only understood the process but also that we were comfortable every step of the way. He was always quick to answer questions no matter how ridiculous they may have seemed to us. Not only have our husband and I felt comfortable working with Alex every step of the way, but he went out of his way to include our children in the process as well. He asked them questions and joked with them so they were excited to be part of the home buying process. He worked hard to find us the house that included something for everyone. We couldn't be happier with our entire experience. Alex is easy to relate to, great to work with, and he might even rap once in a while! We met Alex because he was the buyers' agent for the couple who purchased our home in Okemos. We unexpectedly did a for-sale-by-owner transaction, as the buyers made an offer before we formally listed the house for sale. Alex was extremely helpful and communicated clearly and quickly. We actually negotiated with the buyers through Alex, and found that to be a smooth and equitable process. Although Alex was the legal representative for the buyers, not for us, he went above and beyond to be helpful during the process - particularly with the details and paperwork. He also offered us the resources for moving (including coupons for local moving companies) that a seller's agent might otherwise have provided to us. Overall, the experience was excellent and Alex was professional, knowledgeable, accessible and friendly throughout. We highly recommend him!

I am a person who does not write a lot of reviews but please see below because Alex has done everything to earn this stellar review. Alex is a rare find and we were lucky enough to have him as our realtor. Work Ethic, Integrity, Trustworthy, Capable and Resilient are some words that come to mind. He is eclectic in his approach and somehow made this process calm and very easy especially in the highly competitive Okemos housing market. You could read 100 reviews and they will all tell you the same thing about Alex, he knows what he is doing and is a great person. What we want to make clear is that Alex will stick it out with you even when the going gets tough. He helped us find a house in a very competitive market . Alex navigated us for s through the craziness of constant contract changes, inspections, figuring out potential renovation costs, and continuous doubt about whether we would actually ever close. Throughout the process he kept us informed and led us as a team. He was truly amazing. We feel like we could happily go on and on about Alex.
