Alex Hammerschmidt

Originally from Michigan, Alex headed south to attended Florida State University were he pursued his water skiing talents at FSU. Alex later moved to Atlanta in 1996 and settled in the Cumming area, near Lake Lanier, buying his first investment property. The community atmosphere, excellent school systems, and beautiful neighborhoods lead to this being home for him and his wife Christine and their three children. Alex's extensive business dealings in investment properties, rentals, and land purchases have given him 20+ years of experience in the Alpharetta, Milton, Cumming, and North Georgia real estate markets.
