Alex Safadi

I toured a property where Alex was the listing agent. The house and yard was in such disrepair. The photos were nothing like the condition of the house. There was broken glass, dilapidated structures, trash, unfinished work, a birds nest inside, and other issues. House was listed as move in ready but it would probably take weeks for that. Even so, we were still interested in the property because of the area and the space it provided. My realtor has worked with him before and has had repeated issues with him. She submitted a list of questions about the condition of the property and the price and about us and and application and tried to reach him to no avail. I reached out to him every way possible and he finally got back in touch with me. He told me to submit an application. Most applications are 30-50$, his was listed at 125$. I told him we had questions about the property first. He told me that my realtor needed to send him a list of questions and reach out to him. I told him she already did. He said that she could call him at 11 the next day. The next day came and he did not pick up the phone. He said he would talk to her later that day. He did not. I reached back out to him and he told my realtor that he didn't want me to talk to him anymore and he would have a decision for us on Monday. You can guess what happened. No communication on Monday either. If you want your time wasted, potentially money wasted, if you want to be disrespected and undervalued and strung along, then I would highly reccomend Alex. He will treat you wrong from the very beginning. If I was his kind of person, I'd probably think of new and exciting ways to come up with excuses and blow people off. He doesn't deserve his job.
