Just want to thank Alex and Kim for their excellent service in selling our mother's home in Fremont, CA. Alex managed the construction work done by their contractors in a professional and timely manner. The website and virtual tour they created was first class and they sold the home one week after the construction was completed. We had considered using Front Door, which may have sold the home quicker but probably a little less than Zillow's estimated value. But we recouped 10x our investment in repairing and updating the home... which resulted in 13 offers and a sale price of more than $500k above the list price! Not only did they secure one of the highest dollar per square foot sale prices in our neighborhood, the process was enjoyable and seamless from start to finish. We cant recommend them highly enough. We met them when our mother was in her 90s, and started exterior renovations like landscaping and house painting with their guidance so mom could enjoy some of the updates during her life.
