Our home was on the market previously with self-proclaimed "Santa Ana's #1 Realtor" for over 120 DAYS! After multiple price reductions We oblivious saw that that realtor was most likely not "#1".After only 1 Open house Alex and his team came and presented us with 4 offers and get the home SOLD in just 4 DAYS!! This ultimately resulted in getting the home sold for $20,000 above what the prior agent couldn't sell it for. Alex SHOULD BE Number 1!!

It was a pleasure working with Alex, whom we met at one of his open houses; We were impressed by the graphic presentation package he gave us and immediately decided to have him as our agent...no one else seemed to be interested in helping us with the budget we had. He worked hard to find us a home but we were either being beat out by cash buyers or the places were just not right...we were picky despite our low budget. After almost about 7-8 months of working with him, through his many sources, he managed to get us into a condo that was not on the public market. He negotiated with them and within a week or so we were filling out paperwork. Though we didn't get the extra bath we wanted, the condo had everything else that was essential such 2 bedrooms, +800sq.ft., 2nd floor, close family, shopping & entertainment areas. All in all we were pleased to have met this young man whom had the demeanor compatible with our personalities: He was patient, honest, diligent, seemed to care about us, enjoys what he does and was very willing to help. If I had to say anything that would be less positive I'd say that he could have been a little more assertive with the sellers' agents but I'm sure that will come with more experience.
