I was very displeased with Sandy regarding lack of communication during the negotiating process. It always took him 2 to 5 days to get back to me with the buyers decisions. I realize that some of this could have been the buyer, but I don't think it would have inconvenienced him to send me a 15 second text, "Still waiting to hear from buyer." During the process, the buyer texted me, through Sandy, several questions regarding the short term leasing the property. Each time I responded promptly. After the property closed (and Sandy got his commission) he texted me again with a question. I asked him to call me. I've waited 25 days for him to return my call. After my call to him, the buyer called me once and texted me twice regarding the same questions I had already answered through Sandy. Perhaps, he was "thrown under the bus" but the buyer said he never relayed the information to them. I regret using him, I would not recommend him to anyone, and I would never use him again.
