My realtor was Alex Booth, and I must say, I couldn't have asked for a better Realtor. I am a first time home buyer and purchased my first condo all by myself. I was quite afraid of making mistakes or wrong decisions to say the least. Not only was Alex 1) ALWAYS available to answer my questions 2) She never criticized me or made me feel unintelligent because of my questions and 3) She was highly knowledgeable in regards to properties and the home buying process. I am forever grateful for her assistance and would recommend to her any one of my friends and family. She will be my Realtor for life.

Alex Booth is incredibly helpful throughout the real estate process - before, during, and after the sale. She is immediately responsive to client need and no question is too small or too large. She is very experienced but also patient, and I was grateful to have her help. She even answered a random question that came up almost a year after I closed on my house. I had heard unpleasant stories when dealing with realtors, but from the beginning, Alex was engaging, responsive, dependable, patient, paid attention to detail, understood the neighborhoods we were interested in, was fun to work with, and interpreted our tastes to find THE house. Without her system of providing immediate notification of new listings, we'd missed out on our multi-offer house. Without her strategy knowledge of multi-offers, we again likely would have missed out because we got the house, but we weren't the highest bidder!

My experience in working with Alex during the process of finding and buying a new home in Round Rock was excellent. She is incredibly knowledgeable concerning the Austin area real estate market. As I was working with an expedited timeline, Alex quickly identified numerous homes that best fit my needs. Once I found the home I wanted, Alex helped to successfully negotiate down the price and include additional options. She is tenacious during the inspection and walk through process and has a keen eye for deficiencies that I would have missed. Afterward, Alex was relentless in ensuring the builder corrected all before closing. I couldnt be more satisfied with Alex Booth as my real estate agent. What follows is a summary of our experience with Alex, with an endorsement at the end ... My wife and I were lucky to find Alex Booth - simply by internet lookup. We were planning to rent first (relocating from NJ to TX). Alex cleared an entire Saturday for us and arranged several homes for viewing. During the course of this, she shared her experience with us regarding rental vs buying and we decided to buy. We arranged another visit and she arranged 17 homes for us to see in one day! Of the list of homes we provided her (taken from her internet app), she recommended we not look at some of them due to the neighborhood and she replaced them with 4 other homes she thought we might like. After seeing 16 of the 17 homes in one day, our top 3 choices were homes she had suggested we consider. We were amazed at her ability to know exactly what we liked after having just spent one day with us previous looking at rentals. We moved forward with the purchase of one of these homes. Throughout the process, Alex was proactive on so many fronts. She recommended an excellent mortgage broker/lender (Chad Bowman, United Lending), great inspector, etc, and was extremely helpful with the negotiation process as it wasn't very easy. The communication was superb - clear and immediate, without ever any problem in getting a response within just a few hours (maximum). We also had the difficulty of needing a short close, with both my wife and me out of the country on the day of closing. In addition, Alex was also out of the country. She was able to coordinate with everyone - selling realtor, lender, etc, to make sure all went smoothly. She even had a colleague of hers making sure the previous owners moved out and left the property in good condition, while also managing a painting crew (we wanted to repaint) while she was out of country. My wife and I cannot be more pleased with Alex. We cannot imagine how this move could have worked so smoothly without Alex running the show and being on top of everything - and always with such pleasant and positive disposition. We highly recommend Alex as a realtor and we do plan to use her again should we relocate. In fact, my parents are thinking to relocate to the area also and I am recommending Alex to them.
