We just have to leave a GLOWING review of Alex Romero! We just purchased our FIRST home and, while we'd worked with realtors before in the rental market, we had no idea what to expect with a purchase. He educated us on exactly what to look for, specific to our family, and what to avoid. Alex won us over when I had posted some questions about a property and, in MINUTES, he got back to me -- even though it was late into the evening. That's just how Alex works -- he is quick, reliable, and always working hard for you! No matter what time - day or night - if I sent him a message, he was on top of it. Not something I expected or had experienced with other realtors who were trying to win our business. It made all the difference to us since we were in a time crunch to move out of our place. It took so much stress off of the moving process! We had a sticky escrow, and Alex was on our side every step of the way. He called each morning with any updates he could possibly get, which, when we were living out of a hotel at that point, was a HUGE weight off our shoulders to know that someone was on top of it and would help us along the way. I felt like Alex was our advocate - something I would absolutely expect in a realtor, but not something that I think people always deliver. Alex delivers it in spades and I couldn't be happier with our new home!

We first came across Alex in January 2015. My wife and I were hopeful that in the near future we'd settle by finding the house of our dreams. Unfortuntely, we were ready in 2015, but Alex made it very clear that no matter what the time frame was going to be, he wanted to be there to assist 120%. I am very happy with my real estate transaction with Alisandro (Alex). I feel very fortunate to be living in my home and owe it all to Alex, and my loan officer Jun. Alex was very patient and showed me quite a few homes. His best qualities are his warm personality and positive attitude. He was always positive and believed we could get the deal done - he never doubted it like I did. This man has a lot of faith and confidence. My real estate purchase was anything but easy. I went through 5 loan officers and called Alex to tell him I had to give up. It was really hard because once I had an offer accepted, it meant I had won over many other offers. And I really wanted the house. I needed someplace to live quickly, and I didn't want to rent if I didn't have to. Alex told the selling agent about my lack of success in getting a loan. But he had the brilliant idea of asking her if she had any loan officers. I was doubtful because I thought as the selling agent, she would want to move on to better, and more qualified offers. But Alex was able to talk to the selling agent and get a referral for the most amazing loan officer who saved the deal. Not only that, but I didn't have to pay PMI. All the other loan officers dragged me over the coals and still wanted PMI, before saying no deal. Thank you Alex! You are the man and I would refer anyone to you. You are the best!
