I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Alisha. We were first-time homebuyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. She is honest and hands-on and she really helped to take the pressure off of us. We never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and Alisha walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. If anyone is looking to buy or sell I would highly and always recommend Alisha to them!

Alisha was extremely helpful when she assisted my mom to buy her first home. My mom didn't know anything about the home buying process and didn't know any English. Alisha was always there for her with everything steps of the way from pre aprroval to closing. She was friendly ,knowledgeable,dedicated and determined.
