He is also very knowledgeable about the Mountain City, TN area, and specializes in large acreage tracts for development, investment properties, and second homes. Allen is licensed in both North Carolina and Tennessee.
His real estate office is located in the Greenway Business Park of Boone, NC. He is currently an active member of the Avery-Watauga Board of REALTORS, and is a member of the Avery-Watauga MLS and the TN/VA MLS.
