As first time home buyers, my husband and I were looking for a realtor to help us navigate the home buying process.We were living and working in areas up to 1.5 hours from Appleton but Alyson always arranged her schedule around ours. She used email to communicate with us so we didnt always need to drive to Appleton to get things figured out. Anytime we had questions, we could call or text her; we never waited more than a few hours for a response. We appreciated her flexibility in scheduling and promptness in returning our calls.The home buying process can seem overwhelming, but Alyson walked us through every step. Alyson truly had our best interests in mind and showed us a wide variety of homes (no matter who listed the property). We did some of our own home searches as well and she always investigated into the availability of those homes. Alyson then used the homes we sent her as a starting point to figure out what we liked to find more of her own. She set up an online account for us to use to manage and organize the listed homes. In the end, we purchased a home Alyson found for us!I would highly recommend Alyson as a realtor for anyone looking to purchase a home. My husband and I have purchased and sold many homes in our lives. We have worked with many realtors. Our experience with our most recent realtor, Alyson Peters, was by far the best. She was attentive to our needs, worked around our busy work schedules, timely in her communications, and respected our criteria when showing us homes. In all of our past home purchases, we had never used a buyer's agent to help us find our new home. In our most recent home purchase, we used Alyson as our buyer's agent and she really put in the time and effort into finding us the "perfect" home for us. We would highly recommend Alyson to our friends! We were impressed with how quickly Alyson worked to find us a home. She was immediately responsive to our needs and, even before our first meeting, had compiled a list of houses to show. It was clear that she was paying close attention to our reactions that first day so that she could better tailor the next set of showings. This was strongly seen on the next day when we found several houses that we liked. We really felt as though Alyson had suddenly become our friend and helper and indeed we received an email late one night from Alyson eagerly telling us about a house that had just been posted at the bulletin board at Coldwell Banker but had not hit the market yet. She was confident that we would like this place and took efforts to make sure that we were the first to see it. When it was clear that we really liked the house as it met most of our needs, she helped us expedite the offer process that same day and by the end of that day, we had an accepted offer! Needless to say, we were greatly appreciative of Alysons keen understanding of our personalities and her expediency throughout the process. This being our first home, we were not aware of many details and Alyson was very patient with us. We really felt we could rely on her and we could ask her questions at any time. Throughout the period between the offer and the settlement, we felt we were in very good hands with Alyson and felt we could really trust her.

Alyson Peters has been our Realtor for the past 4 months. She is Friendly, Courteous and listens to our needs. She is very knowledgeable and looks out for our best interests. Alyson is very aggressive in finding properties for us as well as in selling our properties. She offers her opinions to make things happen fast. She sold our house in 4 Days. Incredible!!! It happens in the Fox Valley, that's where it happens! I'm sending this to you in the comfort of our new home and I can't think of a way I can ever repay you. Alyson took care of so many things for me, in my absence. She was there to meet inspectors and repairmen. Alyson made sure the snow was cleared, even doing it herself. Alyson even made repairs around the house. She removed a TV wall mount in the living room and repaired the wall for me, by herself and at no charge to me.I couldn't have sold my house without her help.

Alyson was great. She hung in there through a long searching process. She is efficient, very professional and loves her job. She made it fun and easy. Always looked out for my best interests!
