I would never rent or buy from Alyssia Payan, she is very unprofessional she made the whole experience a living hell. She is trying to rent out a duplex as an illegal 4 plex, you cannot get Xcel energy in your name because the property is NOT up to code, she has her brother living for free in the basement so he can spy and constantly complain about the other tenants. I was told by the other neighbors she prefers to rent only to white people and not those of minority. She is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, she acts like a spoiled rich kid who was handed everything she has. I really feel sorry for her Husband he puts up with it because he was married into money. Long story short do NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, IF YOU CAN RENT OR BY FROM SOMEONE ELSE I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! And the review above me is from Z Padilla the same initials has her Husband!! Funny!! Funny!!

I met Alyssia at work when she was in a cubicle down the hall, we interacted in a professional environment when our roles overlapped and she helped me to buy my house- I have never seen her be anything but totally professional. She knows her stuff and has worked hard for her position in life. The racist implication in another review is laughable- I am biracial and my friend Greg is mixed race as well- she never treated us with anything less than humanity and respect in all our interactions while she sold us our homes. I would do business with her at any point in the future.
