Amanda Sanders

Originally got into real estate as an investor privately with my husband single dwelling homes to rent/lease. At that time and for over 15 years was a nurse in Washington state working various field in acute care. Specializing in telemetry.Decided that I would like to cut my hours back and work in a field that I would get paid per the amount of time I put into it.My husband is a mortgage broker and has been for 25 years so had a good idea of what I was getting into. I really enjoy this field and like to be in the same mindset as when I was a nurse. Education for the clients as to what is coming up next and prevention so as not to buy a home that is going to cause heartache(as much as I can preventively do) or be a financial burden. I work on the listing side as well as the buyers side.
