Hello there! Thanks for taking a few minutes to let me introduce myself to you. I've been a licensed realtor since 2003, and I began in the real estate industry as an investor in 2001 before I obtained my real estate license. I owned and managed 2 of my own vacation rental properties. My interest in real estate first began as an investor, but I soon found others were asking me for advice. I felt before I could really qualify to adequately help someone else, I should receive further education and obtain my license, so that is what led me to the decision to become a realtor. From there, I began the path of helping others buy and sell their homes like I would my own.
