Amelia Smith

Amelia has been the office manager for Countywide Realty since it opened in 1985. She is a licensed Broker. Amelia graduated from Lockhart High School in 1974 and from Texas State University with a B.S. in Medical Technology in 1979. She attended real estate school in 1985 and got her salesman's license in 1985. In that year, she and Jim opened Countywide Realty as a sister company to Countywide Builders. Countywide Realty has expanded twice in almost twen- ty-five years and has stayed independent. Amelia is a HUD approved Broker, and has served in the past as President, Vice-President, and Secretary for the Caldwell County Board of Realtors. She is a"short-sale" realtor and has served as director for the Lockhart Chamber of Commerce twice for three years terms. She works in residential, farm and ranch, and commercial sales.
