I met Amy when I was trying to rent my home in Riverview around 2011. Amy is honest and very professional. She kept my house rented continuously for approximately 5 years. The only time that I heard from Amy re: the house was when the air conditioner stopped working, and it would require about 4,000 to replace the system. I called Amy a few times re: her real estate knowledge in regards to another rental that I had in a different county. She was always there for me. I had thought about selling the house a few years before, and she let me know that the market was good for renting but not quite as good for selling. When she saw a better selling market, and when the renters were moving, she told me that the timing was good to sell in the Riverview, FL area. She was right. Someone was interested in the house before it was placed on the market, and I ended up with 4 possible buyers within about a 3 to 4 week period. I'm thankful that I called Amy to manage my property and to eventually sell my house. She is so knowledgeable, honest and hard-working

We used Amy several times to find tenants for our rental as well as the selling agent when we finally sold the property. Regarding finding tenants, she was very informative about why we should select one over another after she performed background checks. In the end we had two tenants that each stayed for 3+ years. Both paid on time and were very respectful of the property. I don't recall the time it took to place the tenants, but it must have been short since the home was always occupied.As for selling the house, she found us a buyer within 48 hours of listing the house. This was impressive since our tenant was not the most accommodating to showings (I knew this as we tried For Sale Buy Owner before hiring Amy). She had a game plan for this situation and it worked!Amy is also super knowledgeable on the area. We had a real estate attorney draft the closing documents and Amy identified an error on their part that resulting in an extra $1.5k in my pocket. Can't beat that.

Amy help us sell our house and purchase a new one. She did an excellent job helping us every way through the process. She even went the extra mile at the end to ensure our closings went smoothly when some unforeseen issues came up. I would highly recommend Amy!!!
