I have found that most real estate agents tend to concentrate their efforts in a certain neighborhood, or section of town. For that reason, I was a bit hesitant to work with Amy for the first time because I thought that being from Tampa she might not be familiar enough with the commercial market in St. Petersburg (the area in which I was looking). Im happy to say that I was TOTALLY WRONG! To my welcomed surprise, I found Amy to be extremely knowledgeable about real estate in the St Pete market. I worked with her on a commercial real estate transaction that initially appeared as though it would be a quick one. Although I looked at a handful of properties, I ended up putting an offer on the first property she showed me -- meaning, she listened to my needs and was able to find a property that was perfect for me at the first showing. We were expecting the deal to progress quickly, but due to a few constraints with the seller that were out of our control, the deal took over 4 months to close. At each twist and turn along the way, Amy was there to make sure momentum was not lost. She didn't give up. She was so dedicated to my transaction that I naively believed I was her only client. Of course, that was not the case as I saw her celebrate many other real estate closings with other clients, both commercial and residential, while I was working with her. It is rare to find someone who loves what they do as much as Amy. Her personality, dedication, and love for helping people made working with her a pleasure!

Not sure why my first review didn't take but I'd proudly say it till the day I die, Amy is an amazing realtor. She walked and talked me through everything, at no time did I feel alone or confused. If I could give more stars, I certainly would. She was prompt, punctual and worked with my hectic schedule. Hands down, the best realtor in Florida.

Purchasing a home with Amy has been a great experience. Over the course of our search we looked at dozens of homes. Every appointment she made with us was communicated and confirmed. She was on time or early to every appointment (which my wife and I were not ??). She also broke everything down into laymans terms so everything was easy to comprehend. She also referred us to a great lender and property inspector! Would definitely recommend Amy to everyone thinking of purchasing a home!

My home-buying process wound up taking over a year and Amy was there with me through the entire process. After first reaching out to her, I found out that I had to wait several months before I could actually purchase. She is literally available 24/7. I have a hectic schedule so even if I text her at 10 p.m. on a Tuesday, she would respond almost instantly. She had a great attitude through the whole process and was very open and honest. Even though I closed a month ago, she is still responsive to any need that I have. Definitely 5 stars.

The home selling and buying experience can be very stressful and I was doing both at the same time. From the get go, Amy was always available to answer any questions I had, and I had MANY. She exceeded my expectations exponentially! I was not surprised that my townhouse was under contract within 4 days after it was listed. Amy did a great job marketing, especially with the fact that my townhouse community doesnt allow any kind of for sale signs posted anywhere. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone who is selling or buying a home, or both. It will be a pleasant experience. Amy started off as my realtor, but now I can say, I would also consider her a good friend.
