Aleksandra was helpful and more than pleasant to work with. The coop I bought required a ton of paperwork, and she managed all that for me. She showed me lots of places in Miami Beach so I could make a good decision.
Aleksandra is a fabulous agent. She is a very determined and expert negotiator who was able to get us a fantastic price on a condo in an building where prices are very firm and sellers are not very motivated to make a deal. She knows the market very well, with precision.
