Horrible buying experience. Ana was the realtor of the home we were buying. We had our own realtor. During negotiations and at closing she actually yelled at my Agent and Title Officer. Upon closing and signing docs, we inquired about our keys, Ana told us that we would get our keys upon funding. I have bought more than a dozen homes in my time and have ALWAYS received my keys at closing. She told us "The remotes and keys are in the mailbox. When we get funding, I will tell you where I hid the keys at the house" COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Stay AWAY
