- Ananda and I connected, but did no business
I attempted to contact this agent regarding homes that were listed as available. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was unable to finish a sentence or ask any questions when attempting to speak with her. She tried, unsuccessfully, to complete my sentences for me and in fact hung up on me while I was speaking (politely, I might add). I would not recommend this real estate agent to any potential buyers or renters.
- Ananda never responded to my request
Does not return emails or phone calls. I called her 5+ times before she answered and when she did she was extremely short and brusque. She refused to answer any of my questions and rushed me off the phone. She hung up on me while I was attempting to speak to her and ask about available homes. I will not work with her and could not recommend her to anyone looking to rent or buy a home.
- Ananda never responded to my request
I had a disappointing experience working with Ananda Real Estate. Although Ananda is the real estate agent, his wife, Grisilda, who is a loan officer, handled much of the communication and representation for both sides. Unfortunately, the service we received from Grisilda was unprofessional. Communication was very poor — our questions were often left unanswered, which made the process stressful and confusing. It also felt like they were pushing us toward working with a particular settlement company they have an ongoing relationship with, rather than allowing us to make independent choices that were in our best interest. Because of these concerns, I decided to change both my loan officer and settlement company during the process. This situation made me feel uncomfortable, as it seemed like they were controlling too many aspects of the transaction. Buying a home is a major financial decision, and clients should feel supported and well-informed throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with them

I had a very disappointing experience working with Ananda Real Estate. Although Ananda was the listed real estate agent, much of the communication and handling of the transaction was done by his wife, Grisilda, who was also acting as the loan officer. Unfortunately, the level of service we received from Grisilda was highly unprofessional. I didn't see Mr. Ananda during my process; we visited all the house we look with Grisilda. During the loan process, Grisilda abruptly sent me an email stating that she would no longer be working with me and advised me to find another lender. This unexpectedly placed me at risk of default during a critical stage of the transaction. Thankfully, I had a backup plan and was able to secure a new loan officer through Total Mortgage, which ultimately saved me approximately $10,000. Communication throughout the process was very poor. Many of our questions went unanswered, making the experience stressful, confusing, and unnecessarily difficult—especially as first-time homebuyers. It also felt like we were being pressured to work with a specific settlement company they had a relationship with, rather than being given the freedom to make independent decisions that were in our best interest. Due to these concerns, I made the decision to change both my loan officer and settlement company during the process. This situation made me uncomfortable, as it seemed like too much control was being exercised over different aspects of the transaction. Purchasing a home is one of the most important financial decisions a person can make, and buyers deserve transparency, professionalism, and proper guidance throughout the process. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with this team.
