As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous and new to the process. From the get-go Andrea was professional, caring, and always made sure I knew what was going on and kept me abreast of any changes during the process. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I had many questions and I never felt like I was bugging her as she always made time to talk with me whether through phone call, email, or text. I highly recommend her and her team for anyone needling real estate assistance.

We had fun working with her and she loves to keep in contact with her customers after the purchase is over. She has come over to say hi and to check up on us and has even come to our housewarming party. She also helped pay for our food for our party! It's very rare to work with someone who responds extremely fast to any need and is LITERALLY available 24/7. I would get responses to my emails within minutes whether is was at 10:30pm or 5:00am and even spent an hour on the phone at 9:00pm on a Saturday night discussing how we would proceed with our counter offer!
